Our 30 day money-back guarantee is designed to ensure that you are happy with your hearing aid purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your hearing aids you are entitled to return it to us for a full refund.
In order to arrange a hearing aid return please email us at support@audiologyexpress.co.uk within 30 days of delivery of your hearing aids.
Once we have heard from you that you would like to arrange a return of your hearing aids we will arrange for DHL to collect the order from you, or provide you with a prepaid DHL label if you would prefer.
Once we receive your returned hearing aids along with any additional accessories/parts we will will refund the total price paid to Audiology Express Ltd.
Audiology Express is not liable for the refund of any fees paid to local audiologists for hearing assessments or hearing aid adjustments.
You must initially contact us to obtain an Approved for Return Code (ARC). You can obtain this by emailing info@wholesalehearing.co.uk.
The ARC should be quoted on an accompanying letter to explain the reason for return and ideally a copy of the original invoice.
When returning accessories on their own we recommend you obtain proof of postage from the post office when returning any item to us.
You will be notified by email when your returned goods have been received and your refund has been issued.
For the return of all other items to Audiology Express you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of delivery.
If you return an item within 30-days of receipt in its original condition, we’ll refund the amount you paid for the item.
