Description
The Infinio Ultra 30 is Phonak’s budget-friendly hearing aid, offering features such as AutoSense OS™ 7.0, SoundRecover2 and UltraZoom to help you hear better in quiet environments and low levels of background noise. Lightweight and comfortable this hearing aid has a long battery life of up to 31 hours to allow it to be worn all day long.
FEATURES
The Infinio Sphere 30 includes the following essential features for everyday hearing:
Automatic programmes
- Speech In Noise / Calm Situations – The Infinio 30 model will detect whether you are in quiet environments or background noise and will automatically adapt their response accordingly, without you having to adjust the controls yourself.
- Streaming Speech / Music – When you are streaming media from your phone or other device to your hearing aids this model will automatically adjust the sound for speech or music. The profiles of sound can be adjusted separately either in the app or by our expert audiologists.
Sound Clarity
- SoundRecover2 – This feature transforms high-pitched sounds to a lower pitch. If you, like most people, have a hearing loss that is worse in the higher frequencies this can help to significantly improve speech clarity.
- 12 Channels – Hearing aids have multiple channels, allowing different pitches of sound to be amplified by differing amounts. The higher the number of channels the more accurately the hearing aid can be programmed to your individual hearing levels, and the less likely it is that the hearing aid will under-amplify or over-amplify some sounds.
Background Noise Removal
- Real Ear Sound / UltraZoom – These settings alter the direction the hearing aid is picking up sounds from, giving your hearing a forward-focus. In many situations this can significantly reduce the amount of background noise that you hear to improve your speech understanding.
Other Features
- WindBlock – This feature detects wind noise and immediately responds by reducing the amplification in the range where wind is most disruptive, to improve comfort and speech understanding
- WhistleBlock – This automatically detects feedback (whistling) from your hearing aid and responds by producing a frequency shift that cancels this feedback to maximise sound quality
- Tinnitus Balance – This optional feature allows your hearing aids to generate a low level sound, tailored to your specific needs, to help reduce the impact of your tinnitus
