The Infinio Sphere 90 has the following features in addition to those available in the Infinio Ultra Sphere 70 and the Infinio Ultra 90:

Background Noise Removal

• Spheric Speech Clarity – The Infinio Sphere 90 offers the most powerful removal of background noise available, maximising your chances of hearing in social situations, during challenging TV programmes, or in echoey locations. Note: this feature is present, although less powerful, in the Infinio Sphere 70 however is not present at all in the Infinio 90
• SpeechSensor – This ability allows your hearing aids to detect the direction of the main speech signal, leading to speech understanding improvements of up to 15% when the speech is coming from beside or behind you, as well as  up to an 11% reduction in listening effort. Note: this feature is present in the Infinio Sphere 70, but not in the Infinio 90

Automatic programmes

• Speech In Loud Noise – The Infinio 90 & Infinio Sphere 90 are able to automatically detect when you are trying to listen to speech in extremely noisy situations and automattically adapt their response accordingly to give you seamless hearing. Note: this feature is present in the Infinio 90 but not the Infinio Sphere 70

Speech Enhancement

• Speech Enhancer – This automatically detects and enhances soft or distant speech in quiet situations, amplifying the sound peaks by up to 10dB to make it easier to catch people’s conversation even at a distance. Note: this feature is present in the Infinio 90 but not the Infinio Sphere 70
